In anger i said to my wife in urdu that abhi main tumhain talaq deta hon tumhare ghar phone kark but i didnt have any intention i just wanted to deter or scare her to prevent herself from further escalation,i regret i used this twice do you think it will be a valid talaq

Answer :

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
 
It is our understanding that by your statement: “Abhi mein tumhe talaq deta hoon tumahre ghar phone karke” you meant that you will call your wife’s parents home and issue a talaq. Elaborate what you meant and whether our understanding of your statement is correct.
