Title: 1) A pregnant woman sees a clear discharge on her clothes whenever she feels like she needs to go to the toilet. 2) A woman feels slightly wet when she wakes up after seeing a wet dream but sees nothing on her clothes. )

Now I am using paper towel to absorb my discharge which i have from potty side.

Do I need to check after finishing each salah that paper towel I am using is having any discharge?.and if see this discharge or water again do i need to repeat my salat.?

I go to washroom before every fard salah or quran reciting to make new wadu because I have lot of gases in my tummy I use toilet before wadu and make istinja and after istinaja I dry my self but still some time I see water drops remain so I get extremly confuse weather it is discharge or water. (because my discharge is clear like water if its get dry it leaves no stain and this discharge is not continous)

I perform salah in great hurry having no concentration in salah thinking that i finish my salah as soon as possible because if i see any wet area I need to repeat my salah and it also take a lot a time to dry myself after istanjaa and check soon after finising each salah please reply me soon. Answer :

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
1.)               Yes, if you see the paper is wet, you should repeat your Salah. Alternatively, if your case is so severe that you cannot keep your wudu for even two rakahs of Salah in an entire time of Salah then you would be considered ma'zur (excused). As a result, you can make wudu whenever the time of each Salah begins and for that entire period of Salah you will have wudu and the discharge from your backside will not invalidate your wudu.
For example, if you made wudu in the time of Dhuhr, your wudu will not be invalidated because of this discharge until the end of Dhuhr time. When the time ends, a new wudu will need to be made that would be valid for Asr and so on. However, if your wudu is invalidated for any other reason then your wudu will be terminated. [i]
2.)               Dry yourself to the best of your ability. After that as long as you have done your best to take the necessary precautions, ignore any doubts about your wudu unless you feel sure that the wetness is a result of the discharge.
3.)               If you feel aroused or any excitement in the dream and you are sure that discharge is semen (Mani) or pre-coital fluid (Mazi) then it is a wet dream. After waking up if you see that the area is wet you have to make ghusl. If you don’t feel aroused or the discharge is not Mani or Mazi, then it is not a wet dream. In that case, washing the soiled area is sufficient. Ghusl is not necessary.[ii]

Clarification
The Darul Iftaa has received queries regarding Mufti Ebrahim Desai Saheb’s teaching and affiliation with Madrassah In’aamiyya, Camperdown. The confusion is probably due to the previous Fatawaa and Google searches of Mufti Ebrahim Desai Saheb issued under the name of Darul Iftaa, Madrassah In’aamiyyah, Camperdown.

Mufti Ebrahim Desai Saheb has resigned from Madrassah In’aamiyya two years ago and has no affiliation with Madrassah In’aamiyya, Camperdown.

Mufti Saheb has established the Darul Iftaa in Durban that facilitates for post-Ulama courses and training Mufti’s. He teaches Hadeeth at Darul Uloom Nu’maniyyah.
