1. Surah Taubah.
2.  Complete Bismillāh is only mentioned twice in Surah Al-namal, one in the beginning of Surah and the second in āyyah #30.^[1] In Surah Hūd the word Bismillāh appears in āyyah #41,^[2] but not as a complete Bismillāh.
