Question Summary:
1. my question is when ever i talk to any gal..i get wet..so i wud like to know do i need to take bath so tat i can pray?… 2. sometime i feel..every child is sinless when he is born.why did allah make a child born to a non muslim .. 3. can we pray namaz behind a person who does not have a beard,and does not wear a topi??

my question is when ever i talk to any gal..i get wet..so i wud like to know do i need to take bath so tat i can pray?or can i just wash it and start praying?wen i see the marks of the wetness its more than 1 rupee coin..so plz answer my question.
sometime i feel..every child is sinless when he is born.why did allah make a child born to a non muslim family home and why does he gets punished?when he is born there..if he wud be born to a muslim family then he wud be a muslim..plzz answer my question..
can we pray namaz behind a person who does not have a beard,and does not wear a topi??

Answer :

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatuh
It is forbidden in Shari’ah to be in any form of contact with a Ghair-Mehram (person with who marriage is permissible). This act is a form of Zina.
Allah Ta’ala warns us in the Holy Quran:
وَلا تَقْرَبُوا الزِّنَا إِنَّهُ كَانَ فَاحِشَةً وَسَاءَ سَبِيلا
“Do not even go close to fornication. It is indeed a shameful act and an evil way to follow” (Surah AL Israah, Verse 32)
It is also imperative for you to make sincere Tawbah and Istighfaar and to make a firm commitment to Allah Ta’ala that you would not speak to any Ghair Mehram girl in future.
A)
There are three types of fluids that emit from the private parts besides urine.

  • Mani-Sperm: A white thick fluid which emits at the time of ejaculation.
  • Mazi-Pre-coital fluid: A clear thin fluid which emits due to sexual arousement.
  • Wadi-Liquid that precedes urine.
  • Ghusal will become Fardh due to the emission of Mani.
    Ghusal will not become Fardh due to the emission of Mazi and Wadi only wudhu will have to be made.
    The wetness you perceived is most likely Mazi. If the amount of Mazi is lesser then 3 centimeters in diameter, the Salaah will be valid but Makrooh. The soiled portion of the garment should be washed.

    B)    
    عن ابي هريرة قال : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم كل مولود يولد على الملة فأبواه يهودانه أو ينصرانه أو يشركانه قيل يا رسول الله فمن هلك قبل ذلك ؟ قال الله أعلم بما كانوا عاملين به. 
    (سنن الترمذي ،سعيد، ص411)
    The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said:  Every child is born upon pure religion (as a Muslim). It is his parents who makes him a Jew or a Christian or a Polytheist, It was asked O Prophet صلى االه عليه وسلم what about that child who passes away before that time (before his parents convert him)? Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said Allah Ta’ala is most knowledgeable with what they will do.

    عن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهم قال  سئل رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم عن أولاد المشركين فقال ( الله إذ خلقهم أعلم بما كانوا عاملين )

    The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم was asked regarding the children of the Polytheist, The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said when Allah Ta’ala created them, He was most knowledgeable with what they will do.

    In light of the above Ahaadith, It is understood that Allah Ta’ala knows the birth and destiny of these children. We as human being have no right to question the authority of Allah Ta’ala in such matters.
    Allah Ta’ala mentions in the Holy Quran:
    لا يُسْأَلُ عَمَّا يَفْعَلُ وَهُمْ يُسْأَلُونَ 
    He cannot be questioned as to what He does, while they will be questioned
    (Al Ambiyaa, Verse33)

     
    C) 
    It is a prerequisite of Imaamat to choose such an Imam who is righteous with all aspects of Sharia. However if one performs Salaah behind a person who does not have a Shar’ee beard (shaving or trimming the beard shorter than a fist length), the Salaat will be valid and they will achieve the reward of praying in congregation. However the reward of such a Salaah will be less than performing behind a righteous and pious person.
    الأولى بالإمامة أعلمهم بأحكام الصلاة هكذا في المضمرات وهو الظاهر هكذا في البحر الرائق ولم يطعن في دينه كذا في الكفاية وهكذا في النهاية ويجتنب الفواحش الظاهرة وإن كان غيره أورع منه وإن كان متبحرا في علم الصلاة لكن لم يكن له حظ في غيره من العلوم فهو أولى كذا في الخلاصة صلاة بالليل كذا في الكافي فإن استووا في الحسن فأشرفهم نسبا كذا في فتح القدير فكل من كان أكمل فهو أفضل ؛ لأن المقصود كثرة الجماعة ورغبة الناس فيه أكثر كذا في التبيين فإن اجتمعت هذه الخصال في رجلين يقرع بينهما أو الخيار إلى القوم كذا في الخلاصة.

    ولو صلى خلف مبتدع أو فاسق فهو محرز ثواب الجماعة لكن لا ينال مثل ما ينال خلف تقي كذا في الخلاصة.

    The Topi is a blessed Sunnah of our Nabi صلى الله عليه وسلم. Every Sunnah of our Nabi   صلى الله عليه وسلم is full of rewarding and Barakah, if one would perform Salaah without a Topi it would be Makrooh (Abominable).
