My second question is what is the ruling for the DSOP/ provident fund?

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatoh
1.       It is not permissible for one to wear his trousers below his ankles. The trousers must be above the ankles. This is clearly stated in the hadith.
2.       We do not know what is the DSOP/provident fund.
