i am really confused and worried whether i will be allowed to have breast reduction i.e. cosmetic surgery and also i am really worried whether it is allowed in islam to carry this out as i dont want to allah to be angry with me

hi im 20 years old and i suffered from breast assymetry whereby my left breast is larger than the right, as a muslim girl i am not allowed to talk to anybody and i feel really embarrased about this, my size i clothes that i tend to wear doesnt fit me anymore due on breast being larger than the other one and i tend to worry alot about this in terms of my apperance and also what is going to happen when i get married

i am due to have operation to reduce the size of this breast so that they both breast look normal my intention is not to look beatuful but to feel normal cos if i wanted to look beautiful i could have enlarged my breast

so i am really confused and worried whether i will be allowed to have breast reduction i.e. cosmetic surgery and also i am really worried whether it is allowed in islam to carry this out as i dont want to allah to be angry with me

In the specific case as referred in your query, cosmetic surgery will be permissible. (Jadeed Fiqhi Masail Vol 1, Pg. 327)
