I am resubmitted own question please tell me the solution of my problem?
My Nikah have done on 09 Nov 2008 due to some problem I couldn't do Rukhsati now I want to do Rukhsati so my Mother in Law is saying that she will do after 1.5 year we are not any demand but she want to do proper ways and we want to do simply me and my wife are agree simply and my family also but my mother in law are not agree and she have promise in August 2008 and she break then she promise Oct 08 and she also break and last time she promise Nov 08 now she have break again these promise she is playing ourselves now this all situation I want to do Rukhsati in this month it is right or wrong.

Your query is not clear. What to you mean by “my nikah have done 09 Nov 2008”? Did you mean 2007? Was your nikah done or only proposal? Please clarify and resend your question in more detail?
