Can i read quran loud when i am alone in the room and also when my husband is in the room.

Can i recite quran and other duas in namaz loud enough that only i can here. as if i read silently i cannot keep the makraj, and i have started to learn the makraj and rules to read quran recently.

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatuh
A woman should not recite Qur’an aloud in salat, regardless if she is performing the salat in privacy or in the presence or her husband.  According to some Jurist, the voice of a woman is also part of her awra (thing which must be concealed).  Nonetheless, the salat which were performed reading aloud will not have to be repeated.
 
You may recite to an extent where you can hear yourself.  This will not be considers as reciting out loud.

فى الدر المختار: ( و ) أدنى ( الجهر إسماع غيره و ) أدنى ( المخافتة إسماع نفسه ) ومن بقربه  قال ابن عابدين: ( قوله وأدنى الجهر إسماع غيره إلخ ) اعلم أنهم اختلفوا في حد وجود القراءة على ثلاثة أقوال : فشرط الهندواني والفضلي لوجودها خروج صوت يصل إلى أذنه ، وبه قال الشافعي . وشرط بشر المريسي وأحمد خروج الصوت من الفم وإن لم يصل إلى أذنه ، لكن بشرط كونه مسموعا في الجملة ، حتى لو أدنى أحد صماخه إلى فيه يسمع . ولم يشترط الكرخي وأبو بكر البلخي السماع ، واكتفيا بتصحيح الحروف . واختار شيخ الإسلام وقاضي خان وصاحب المحيط والحلواني قول الهندواني ، وكذا في معراج الدراية . ونقل في المجتبى عن الهندواني أنه لا يجزيه ما لم تسمع أذناه ومن بقربه ، وهذا لا يخالف ما مر عن الهندواني لأن ما كان مسموعا له يكون مسموعا لمن في قربه كما في الحلية والبحر . وذكر أن كلا من قولي الهندواني والكرخي مصححان ، وأن ما قاله الهندواني أصح وأرجح لاعتماد أكثر علمائنا عليه . فقد ظهر بهذا أن أدنى المخافتة إسماع نفسه أو من بقربه من رجل أو رجلين مثلا ، وأعلاها تصحيح الحروف كما هو مذهب الكرخي ، ولا تعتبر هنا في الأصح .
