For some odd reason, you brothers don’t like answering my questions.. I’ve made separate individual accounts as well sometimes. You brothers don’t like answering them nor do you even reply atleast giving a reason to why. If the question is too complex you could mention that. If your not ready to put it on a public domain you can mention that. Atleast reply and say something privately to my email, if not the site. I don’t understand what type of a Darul iftaa you guys are running, but you guys should be more respectable to the questioner. This is why people don’t like asking scholars anything. These same questions that I’ve asked you, I’ve asked local scholars only to be shun away. If I’ve said anything disrespectful, I apologize. However, I would like some sort of reply to my questions.

Respected brother in Islam,

We take note of your frustration and sincerely apologise to you for the inconvenience caused. We try our level best to answer questions posted to us. We are actually thankful to people giving us the opportunity to serve them for the pleasure of Allah. We do not know the reason your questions were not answered. However, our system has an auto response that advises to re submit your question if it is not answered. That is due to our quota system and other administrative issues of answering questions. For example, recess period etc.
