Answer :

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
In Islam, we are encouraged to give good and meaningful names to our children. Nabi salallāhu alayhi wasallam said
حدثنا عمرو بن عون قال: أخبرنا ح وحدثنا مسدد قال: حدثنا هشيم عن داود بن عمرو عن عبد الله بن أبي زكريا عن أبي الدرداء رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم: (إنكم تدعون يوم القيامة بأسمائكم وأسماء آبائكم فأحسنوا أسماءكم). 
شرح سنن أبي داود للعباد (563/ 3 
“Indeed you shall be called on the day of Qiyaamah with your names and the names of your fathers, so give good names to yourselves”. 
Good names refer to names having good meanings with Islamic values and ethos for example, Mohammed, Abdullah and Abdul Rahman. It is also advisable to keep names of the Prophets and the Sahaaba . Females should be named with the names of the wives, daughters of Rasululullah salallāhu alayhi wasallam and the Sahaabiyaat (female Sahaaba of Rasululullah salallāhu alayhi wasallam)  
The enquired name Iqra is an Arabic verb which means to read . Hadia means a female guide. Both names are suitable.
