Answer :
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh. A number of narrations regarding Al Rawha or events in this place have been mentioned in the books of hadith.[1][2][3] Significance of the masjid and hill of Rawha have also been explicitly mentioned: 1) The Masjid at Rawha Sayyiduna ‘Amr ibn ‘Awf (radiyallahu’anhu) reports that Rasulullah (sallallahu’alayhi Wasallam) said: ‘.. Indeed seventy Ambiya (Prophets) prayed salah in this Masjid (at Rawha)…’ (Al-Mu’jamul Kabir, vol.11, pg.3715 hadith: [17] 12, also see Fathul Bari, hadith: 492) 2) The hill of Rawha Sayyiduna Anas and Sayyiduna Abu Musa Al-Ash-‘ari (radiyallahu’anhuma) have reported that Rasulullah (sallallahu’alayhi Wasallam) said: ‘Indeed 70 Ambiya (Prophets) had passed the hill of Rawha enroute to the house of Allah (the Ka’bah)....’ (Musnad Abi Ya’la, Hadith: 7231 and 7271, and Al-Mu’jamul Kabir of Tabarani, see: Majma’uz Zawaid, vol.3 pg.220) Although the chains for these narrations are weak, they sufficiently support each other in their mention of the Prophets passing Rawha. (Also see Targhib, vol.2 pg.185-186) 3) The well of Rawha We have not come across any hadith stating that Nabi SallAllahu Alayhi Wasallam blessed the well of Rawha with his Mubarak saliva. However many people have experienced cure from the water of the well of Rawha. There is no prohibition in trying the experiences of people.
